    We have a higher than average rate of staff retention with most of our staff having been employed with us for 5 years or more!

    Each classroom had at least one qualified Lead Teacher and one qualified Assistant teacher. Teachers work together to support children working in various areas of the classroom at one time, and take turns in leading both small and large group activities.
